Hi! I’m charlotte.

I'm a Los Angeles-based product designer (UX/UI), product consultant & graphic designer. I have ten years of experience across enterprises, SMBs, nonprofits & mutual aid organizations & my clients span tech, civic tech, financial services, telecommunications, advertising, hospitality, beauty & more.

I execute like a full creative shop. Human‑centered design & systems thinking are core to everything I make; from websites, mobile apps, internal tools, experiential events & graphics. I use in-depth research, rapid prototyping & collaborative management to build products to meet you, your team & your clients' needs. I’m passionate about bringing clarity & direction to new ideas & next chapters.

My education spans the science of human behavior, visual communication, user experience, business strategy & social impact. I hold a B.A. in Psychological & Brain Sciences & a Minor in Communication Design from Washington University in St. Louis, a certificate in UX/UI Design from General Assembly & I'm wrapping up my MBA with specializations in Social Impact, Entrepreneurship & Technology/AI at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
