  • Reimagined the end to end property damage claim adjudication experience for customer success providers & defined the design foundation for the future of Airbnb’s AI-powered, HITL claims platform.

  • Co-founded a 24/7 community fridge mutual aid initiative logging over 50k visits over 6 years. Managed the volunteer community & co-developed the civic tech ecosystem that connects multilingual food seekers to resources.

  • As Co-Founder of Honey’s at Star Love queer bar, I created the original brand identity, social media strategy & produced 40+ events in partnership with local & national queer brands.

  • Uncovered usability barriers on a legal aid’s website & developed targeted recommendations to reach more people through self-help resources.

  • Source, evaluate & recommend startups innovating in affordable housing & climate tech for UCLA Anderson’s $500k+ student-led impact fund.

  • Designed internal software, consumer apps & websites for enterprise clients. Developed business development pitches with proof of concept prototypes for the agency.

  • Audited workflows & provided holistic recommendations to create a more efficient global project management ecosystem for an infrastructure consulting firm.

  • Designed the MVP of a secure, custom mobile sales tracking app & maintained staffing tools & website for the management consulting firm.

  • Designed immersive, in-person activations to launch beauty products for an influencer marketing & public relations agency. Designs included logos, welcome signage, way-finding signage, menus, custom icons & merchandise.

  • Led customer success & helped automate matchmaking for an intergenerational homesharing marketplace that pairs empty nesters with younger folks looking for affordable housing.
