Hi! I’m charlotte.

I’m a Los Angeles–based senior product designer (UX/UI) and product consultant helping teams turn complex ideas into thoughtful digital experiences, scalable systems and brands people genuinely connect with. With over 10 years of experience across startups, enterprise organizations and mission‑driven businesses, I work at the intersection of business strategy, design and human behavior to build solutions that are intuitive, scalable and impactful.

I specialize in designing trust‑based consumer experiences and shaping early‑stage products. I’m especially energized by civic technology and tools for the sharing economy, where thoughtful design can strengthen communities, increase access and build resilient systems people can rely on.

I execute like a full creative shop. From websites, mobile apps and internal tools to experiential events, graphics and sales collateral, I use in‑depth research, rapid prototyping and collaborative management to build products that meet you, your team and your clients' needs. I’m passionate about bringing clarity and direction to new ideas and next chapters.

My education spans the science of human behavior, visual communication, user experience, business strategy and social impact. I hold a B.A. in Psychological and Brain Sciences and a Minor in Communication Design from Washington University in St. Louis, a certificate in UX/UI Design from General Assembly and I'm wrapping up my MBA with specializations in Social Impact and Entrepreneurship at UCLA Anderson.

  • PRODUCT DESIGN CONSULTING

    Reimagined the end to end property damage claim adjudication experience for customer success providers & defined the design foundation for the future of Airbnb’s AI-powered claims platform.

    Designed & prototyped an enterprise-wide ticketing tool to replace 20 year old legacy ticketing software. Tool supported repairs & maintenance across physical & cellular network infrastructure.

    Audited workflows & provided holistic recommendations to create a more efficient global project management ecosystem for an infrastructure consulting firm.
